Cancellation Policy

📋 Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policies 🔗 Booking Policy 1. Prepaid Block Booking: - All bookings must be made in blocks of 4 sessions (covering 4 consecutive weeks). - Full payment for all 4 sessions is required upfront at the time of booking. - Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be shared or used by anyone other than the student registered. 2. Advance Booking Limit: - Bookings can be scheduled up to 4 weeks in advance. - Parents must ensure their child is available for all scheduled sessions during the booking period. 3. Attendance Policy: - Students are expected to attend all booked sessions. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes will be marked as absent unless prior notice is given. --- ❌ Cancellation Policy 1. No Cancellations Allowed: - Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, cancellations are not permitted for individual sessions or the entire block. - No refunds will be issued for missed sessions unless the session is canceled by the provider. 2. Non-Transferable Bookings: - Bookings are tied to the specific student for whom they were purchased and cannot be transferred or reassigned to another student. --- 🔄 Rescheduling Policy 1. Rescheduling Window: - Students may reschedule a session up to 4 weeks in advance from the original session date. - Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done at least 48 hours before the session. 2. Limitations: - Each session can be rescheduled only once. - Rescheduling requests must be made through the online booking system or by contacting support directly. 3. Missed Sessions: - Missed sessions without proper rescheduling will be considered forfeited and will not be refunded or made up. ⏳ Waitlist Policy 1. Automatic Waitlist Enrollment: - If a session is fully booked, students can join the waitlist through the booking system. - Waitlisted students will be automatically notified via email or SMS if a slot becomes available. 2. Priority Order: - Waitlist positions are prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis. - If a spot opens, the next person on the waitlist will have 24 hours to confirm before the opportunity moves to the next student. 3. Session Confirmation: - Once a waitlist booking is confirmed, the same non-cancellation and non-transfer rules apply. -
